Protein Cookie Dessert Bowls
- 1+ Lean Body Protein Bars (Your Choice Flavor)
- Macro Friendly Filling (Greek Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, RTD, etc)
- Favorite Toppings (Granola, Fresh Fruit, Cinnamon, Sugar Free Chocolate Chips, etc)
- Microwave each Lean Body Protein Bar you’re using for around 10-15 seconds (this makes them easier to shape)
- Take out a muffin pan and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray.
- Press and shape 1/2 of your bar into each spot depending on how many you’re making.
- Bake them on 350F/176C for around 10-12 minutes or until they turn a golden brown color (they should expand a bit too).
- Fill and top them.
